My work uses bold colors and strong design. Images are taken from my feelings for a places . I enjoy the use of light, space, movement and the basic tonal and formal relationships which constitute the essence of a scene as perceived by the eye, without feeling the need to qualify the forms with descriptive detail.
My primary work has been with watercolor but I am starting to move into using  more mixed media and larger canvases.
